Key　Responsibility：
-Continuously　observing　and　analyzing　the　Asian　market　regarding　price（situation＆trends）and　technologies（product＆production）
-Research　new　supplier　from　various　sources
-RFQs　for　different　commodities
-Initial　supplier　contact　and　supplier　information　research（supplier　questionnaire；initial　contact　forms，etc.）
-Signing　of　confidentiality　agreements
-Risk　analysis
-SAZUG/SSL　classification　in　adjustiment　with　plants
-Supporting　supplier　changes　together　with　plants
-Defining　strategic　supplier　development　programs　and　specific　projects
-Tracking　localisation　time　schedules　and　executing　activities
-Negotiation　of　delivery　conditions　like　INCO
-Terms，packaging，regulations　in　adjustment　with　ZF　plants
-Technical　support　for　suppliers　according　to　production　processes，material　and　dimensional　deviation　requests，tooling　and　creation　of　material　number　in　ZF-System
-Support　for　feasibility，capacity，machining　capability　studies　and　PPAP

Requirements：
-Bachelor　or　master　degree　in　mechanical　engineering，business　engineering　or　Business　Administration　with　good　technical　experience　and　ability
-Minimum　3　years　relevant　experience　in　pruchasing，process/production　planning，engineering　or　quality　management；automotive　industry　preferred
-Ability　to　understand　and　interpret　technical　drawings
-Familiar　with　MS　Office　and　internet　applications　like　Excel，Word，Power　Point，MS　Project
-Experience　in　project　work　and　interdisciplinary　team　work
-Knowledge　about　production　techniques　like　forging，casting，machining　or　heat　treatment
-Knowledge　of　supplier　development　and　supplier　classification
-Fluent　level　of　English　and　Mandarin（Spoken　and　written），knowledge　of　German　is　an　advantage
-Accurate，analytical　and　independent　working　style
-Good　planning　and　organization　skills
-Business　travels　required
-Driver‘s　license　for　passenger　cars
