1, Above 5 years' working experience in mechanical field
2, Familiar with the transmission assembly line and test bench
3, Experience in process planning
4, Able to design the fixture drawings independently
5, Familiar with management process of the fixtures, tooling and jigs
6, Skillfully use CAD software
7, Able to communicate with functional team efficiently in both English and Chinese
8, Experience in project management
9, Experience to create and implement POKA-YOKE
10, Experience in low cost automation
11, Experience in TPM and TPS
12, Skillfully use the MS-Office software
