RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse　staff　management
Arrange　and　supervise　staff　daily　work
Train　staff　to　meet　job　requirements
Enhance　team-work　spirit　in　warehouse

Warehouse　process　management
Maintain/update/optimize　operation　procedures，policies，and　documentation　for　warehouse　activities
Supervise　daily　goods　receiving，issuing　and　storage
Supervise　daily　SAP　operation
Supply　workshop　to　guarantee　smooth　and　continuous　production
Participate　into　warehouse　layout　design
Supervise　material　management　in　workshop
Support　the　implementation　of　Lean　project

Control　stock　accuracy
Organize　cycle　counting　in　warehouse，make　difference　reason　analysis，variance　adjustment，ensure　cycle　counting　efficiency　and　accuracy
Annual　counting　coordinator　for　warehouse　make　difference　reason　analysis，variance　adjustment，ensure　counting　efficiency　and　accuracy


Warehouse　5S　management
5S　implementation　and　improvement
5S　daily　check
Coordination　within/cross　different　departments
Communicate　with　SCM　team　for　material　supply　and　production　planning　information
Coordinate　with　external　relationship　for　abnormal　issue　solution
REQUIREMENTS：
2　years　warehouse　supervisor　experience　or　above
Business　Understanding：Manufacturing＆warehouse　skill，management　skill
Good　PC＆English　knowledge
1.本科以上学历，电子或管理类专业优先；
2.英文读写流利；熟练操作办公室软件；
3.二年以上仓库主管职位管理工作经验；
4.为人诚实守信，思维敏捷，能承受工作压力；
5.组织领导能力、沟通协调能力、执行力强；
6.熟悉货物出入流通及仓储管理。
7.熟悉ERP系统流程者优先。
8.具备相关EHS知识和实践经验。
