RESPONSIBILITY:
1)Manage supplier relationship for operation
2)Sourcing PCBA and new parts for new project
3)Manage suppliers to ensure on time delivery of material at the required quality level and price.KPI's include ESSR,DPMe,and PSA.
4)To make sure supplier's cost,service and quality can meet the company objective
5)To identify EE localization/QVE opportunity and lead the localization project.
6)Purchasing report(OTTO,APM and so on)

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree,Major in Electronics,Automation or Electronics-Mechanical
-At least 3 years worked experience on PCBA and EE purchasing position
-Has negotiation skill,know contract lay well.Know Electronic components well.More creative idea for productivity.
-Good computer skill,special on MS Office software
-Good English communication skill like oral and writing.
