KEY SERVICES：
Position FunctionPlan，control and improve process in materials planning，order，inventory management to all production value stream.Coach subordinates materials planning and order release activities to improve efficiency between balance inventory and non-shut down production lines.Review and propose WI and follow up implementation to make sure section activities to meet DBS standard and the Company system requirements.Correct and improve materials planning process and contact with vendor to resolve conflicts and cooperation in a smooth way.Communicate and cooperate with Production Lines，Warehouse for materials status review and maintain accuracy of system dataSet and review safety inventory with planners to improve assets flow through inventory turn.Coach＆train subordinate to improve performance in inventory and materials on-time deliveryWork with colleagues in handling any emergency in materialsDevelop＆train subordinates to improve their capabilities to meet the Company requirementsCoaching subordinates to increase corrective ness and performanceSelf-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirementsCoaching subordinates to follow the Company EHS policiesPrevent waste materials，stationery，water，and electricity and protect nature

QUALIFICATION：
University graduateFamiliar with ERP Material management module and Microsoft office.Preferably spoken and written EnglishVery familiar with Materials Planning and Inventory ControlOver 5 years material management experience in MNCs with 2 years supervisor roleSupplier Chain Management
