Plan, control and coach all activities in Production Planning to all value streams.Review, approve and adjust Production Planning proposed by Production Planner.Optimize materials, equipment and labor resources among different production lines in order to effectively meet the customer's requirements Level the production plans according to the customer's requirements and Production capacityMonitor, study, report and improve the safety stock in finished goodsReview plan completion status and coach planners to make sure production completion rateCommunicate, cooperate with Production Department in plan adjust and follow upCooperate with Production Department on handling any emergencyDevelop & train subordinates to improve their capabilities to meet the Company requirementsCoaching subordinates to increase corrective ness and performanceSelf-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirementsCoaching subordinates to follow the Company EHS policiesPrevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature

QUALIFICATION:
University graduateSkillful computer ability and good at English, familiar with production planning and inventory control, able to solve gusty affairs and difficult problems or put forward effective suggestions and methods.More than 3 years Production Planning or Workshop Supervisor experience in MNCs
