PRINCIPAL　ACCOUNTABILITIES：Champion　continuous　process　improvement　initiatives　in　the　area　of　warehousing　solutions　for　APAC.Develop　cost-saving　initiatives　through　optimizing　logistic　network　through　internal　supply.Review　and　establish　policy　and　procedures　of　the　logistics　operation　process　and　to　implement　throughout　the　entire　organization　across　countries.Master　financial　reports　and　other　data　available　to　manage　productivity.Handle　projects　as　required-including　project　plan　development，project　management，and　accountability　for　results.Perform　productivity　analyses　through　work　measurement，time　and　motion　studies，and　workplace　design.Improve　the　process　flow　and　layout　of　the　facility.Eliminate　waste　and　implement　5S，Kanban，and　other　Lean　activities.Monitor　and　hold　3PL　providers　accountable　for　their　respective　metrics.Performs　other　duties　as　assigned.
Requirements：B.S.Engineering　degree　required.Preferred　discipline　in　Logistics　or　Industrial　Engineering.Six　Sigma　Green　Belt　required；Black　Belt　desired.Minimum　8　years　post-qualification　experience　in　supply　chain　logistics　or　related　field.Experience　in　optimizing　multiple　locations　and　country　logistic　hubs　with　multiple　transportation　options（sea，air，ground　transport　etc）。Experience　in　leveraging　information　technology　to　accelerate　business　and　process　re-engineering.Proven　experience　in　material　handling，material　warehousing　and　distribution.Knowledgeable　and　experience　in　using　supply　chain，logistic　and　warehouse　systems　as　a　tool　to　improve　operation　efficiency；Oracle　experience　a　plus.Proficient　in　both　spoken　and　written　English，Spanish　proficiency　a　plus.Experience　in　the　challenges　of　Change　Management　in　a　multi-cultural　and　global　organization.Excellent　written　and　verbal　communications　skills；Ability　to　present　findings　to　a　cross-functional　audience　and　make　complex　ideas　or　situations，clear，simple　and　understandable.Demonstrated　leadership　skills　and　the　ability　to　work　with　and　manage　a　cross　functional　team.Project　management　experience；ISO　9000　and　TQM　familiarity.Strong　understanding　of　Microsoft　Office　products，with　particular　skill　using　Excel　and　Access.Proven　ability　to　work　with　third　party　logistics　providers　and　supply　chain　operators.Strong　problem　solving　and　analytical　skills.Able　to　anticipate　problems　and　sensitive　to　change＆demand　from　external/internal　forces.Able　to　prioritize　and　manage　time　efficiently.Proactive，open　minded　and　self　motivated.Ability　to　work　with　minimal　direct　supervision.High　energy，have　a　strong　work　ethic　and　integrity.Customer　service　oriented.
