Coordinates with head quarter to execute the launch of new order
Follows up and coordinates with headquarter，suppliers and forwarder to ensure the timely delivery
Assists suppliers and colleagues in solving the logistic issues
Coordinates with headquarter and suppliers to solve the problem of rejected parts and debit notes
Maintains logistic reports and statistics
Keeps record for logistic documents
Handles custom clearance for samples delivery from headquarter
Gives trainings to suppliers related to logistic issues，in order to follow Piaggio’s policies and procedures
Conducts other works assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Requirements：
College diplomat or above
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in similar filed
Strong communicate skills both in written and oral English
High sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Skillful operation on office software
