1.University graduate
2.3-5 years working experience preferably in a multi international company
3.At least 2 years working experience as a customs officer or working in a logistic department
4.Familiar with shipping＆logistic matters and custom clearances
5.Familiar with local Customs regulations regarding import and export，documentation and requirement
6.Familiar with the utilizing Bonded Warehouse to import and export goods，and the related logistic＆custom handbook recording etc.
7.Good connection and relationship with local Customs dept and professional custom agents will be an advantage
8.Candidate must pay attention to details and accuracy is important
9.Candidate must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
10.Candidate must demonstrate his/her reliability，honesty and stability
11.A team player and self motivator.
Rakon Limited，a global leader in the design and development of crystal based hi-tech frequency components to the GPS and telecommunications industries，and their Chinese joint venture partners have joined together to create Rakon Chengdu Crystal（RCC）。Based in Chengdu，RCC is currently constructing a purpose built factory which will employee up to 400 staff when fully operational.With the factory due to be completed in April of 2011 we are now looking to recruit top level positions to deliver operational objectives.
