A）Requirementsa）Good command of English.
B）B. S. Degree in a related Electronics or Technical discipline；and equivalent experience more than 3 years in EMS filed.
C）Strong team contributor，comfortable in cross cultural，
D）Proficient computer skills（MS Word，Excel，and PowerPoint）
E）Strong negotiation and communication skills，
F）Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications for electronics components，plastics and metal parts，etc.
G）Familiar with suppliers in China in EMS industries，and know the price range and purchasing channel of those material，eg，PCB，transformer，cable，connector，LCD，electronics components，plastics，metal etc

B）Job Function
A）Supports all new business quoting activity and follow up.
B）Develops supply base for use in quoting activities. Analyzes current/possible supply sources，reviews and works quotes for best possible outcome
C）Support interface between Asian suppliers and the headquarter group purchasing teams to components alternative during resourcing and new supplier launches.
D）Support Chinakor plants on major critical supplier issues. Ensure timely implementation of permanent corrective actions.
E）Conduct supplier assessments and evaluations. Develop，coordinate，and report regional supplier performance rating system. Maintain supplier scorecard and performance metrics
F）In the Pinwin system，release PO and PO execution-to confirmation，past due PO review，payment issue.
G）Pull in shortage to meet production schedule.
H）Follow up supplier on time delivery with correct document-invoice，packing list.
I）Reschedule PO--pull in/push out/cancel according to business department‘s instruction.
