A) Requirements- College above with at least 2~3 experience in Import and Export filed.
- Familiar with Customs regulations, experience with Bonded material system is must.
- Smooth English skills both in oral and written.
- Functional computer skills is required

B) Job FunctionResponsible for import and export shipping documents handling and feedback to forwarder or customs broker on time.
- Record all of import and export shipment's information and update the database on time.
- Keep contact with forwarder, customs broker, planner and warehouse to check shipment arrival on time and transfer information to the related people.
- Deal with the application for all of import and export shipments and machine certifications, which is required for customs clearance; Responsible for 3C application.
- Check freight cost and make cost reduction continuously, apply payment for import and export shipments.
- Responsible for bonded system and E-logbook daily maintenance.
