工作描述：
1.负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事
2.制作海运单证及其它相关文件，安排开发票事宜
3.负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜
4.单证及文件的整理及归档等
5.客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工

Responsibility：
1.Working with customers，receiving orders and arranging booking，transportation，tracking，customs clearance，settlements and etc.
2.Making shipping documents and other relevant file，arranging the invoicing purposes
3.Responsible for providing documents to oversea agents and related cargo releasing process
4.Documents arrangement
5.Handling customers complains and dispute，and other assigned jobs

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，贸易或物流专业优先
2.熟悉海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识
3.本行业一年以上相关工作经验，有独立操作能力，良好的沟通技巧，有美线操作经验优先
4.工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神
5.善于沟通表达和协调，和同事相处有爱心
6.英文6级，E-MAIL 沟通流利，电脑操作熟练

Requirements：
1.College degree or above，trade or logistics major is preferred
2.Familiar with shipping operation，with document/freight forwarding/transport knowledge
3.Over 1 year working experience，have independent operation ability，good communication skill，North America Line operation experience is preferred
4.Strong sense of responsibility，have strong service and term work sprit
5.Good at communication and cooperation
6.CET-6，familiar with office software
