职位描述:

工作职责:
1. 和代理开展互动合作
2. 跟踪海外指定货
3. 处理客户的咨询,报价,以及投诉
4. 对FOB销售工作进行支持
5. 协助操作部门

Responsibility:
1. Overseas agent correspondence
2. Follow up routing order
3. Responsible for customer enquiry,quotation and complaint
4. Sales support
5. Coordinate with operation team

岗位要求:
1. 大专以上学历
2.3年以上的货代从业经验,有指定货客服经验的优先
3. 熟悉海外市场
4. 良好的英语沟通能力
5. 积极自行,快速掌握相关知识

Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry,oversea customer service experience is preferred
3. Familiar with worldwide markets
4. Good English
5. Fast Learning,aggressive and confident
