职位描述:
工作职责：
1. 和代理开展互动合作
2. 跟踪海外指定货
3. 处理客户的咨询，报价，以及投诉
4. 对FOB销售工作进行支持
5. 协助操作部门
Responsibility：
1. Overseas agent correspondence
2. Follow up routing order
3. Responsible for customer enquiry，quotation and complaint
4. Sales support
5. Coordinate with operation team
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2.3年以上的货代从业经验，有指定货客服经验的优先
3. 熟悉海外市场
4. 良好的英语沟通能力
5. 积极自行，快速掌握相关知识
Requirements：
1. College degree or above
2. Over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry，oversea customer service experience is preferred
3. Familiar with worldwide markets
4. Good English
5. Fast Learning，aggressive and confident
