职位描述:
Responsibilities The tasks shall include,but not be limited to,the following areas:
Engineering planning
-Responsible for establishment of engineering planning and follow-up of engineering deliverables.
-Track and report hours expended to-date and forecasted hours to complete compared to budget/plan.Prepare schedule and progress reports including S-curves as per contract and internal requirements.
-Integration of engineering planning into the overall project schedule including procurement,construction and commissioning schedules and manage the schedule interface with internal partners.
-Analyse schedule performance compared to the established project plan(On Time Delivery:OTD)using critical path analysis method(CPM)and float management,with a focus on early identification of risks and opportunities to facilitate proactive actions.Advise Engineering Managers and Project Manager of status and recommended strategies to respond to identified risks and opportunities.
-Provide timely updating of contract schedules to Engineering Managers,Project Managers and/or functional groups as required.Keep an as-built schedule depicting a comparison of the original baseline versus the actual execution identifying reasons for deviations.
Engineering Reporting
-Build-up engineering load chart on a monthly basis:Review with engineering project leaders the load forecast and consolidate on a monthly basis the engineering load by type of resources.
-Issue Engineering Key Performance Indicators for each product line(New Steam Turbine,Retrofit Turbine,Heat Exchanger,Diesel Engine,Pump)and build balance scorecard at department level.
-Follow project engineering timesheets and provide analysis Follow Engineering Work Packages status(more than 300 work packages)
Candidate Requirements Educational Requirements
-University degree in engineering,or similar qualification.
-Background in Project Management.Knowledge/Experience
-3 years experience in Planning
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Project Team
-Knowledge in Planning software:MS Project and/or PRIMAVERA
-Basic principles and practices of job planning,project scheduling,capacity planning-Fluent in English and Mandarin
-Excellent in MS office applications(Excel,Power Point)
Optional:
-Power Plant Project Planning understanding
-Product Development Execution understanding
-French Language knowledge
-Experience in SAP Behavioural Competencies
-Good organization skills
-Team player-Excellent communication skills
-Proactive attitude-Can work in full autonomy
-Some leadership
