慕佰仕物流（MBS LOGISTICS）总部位于德国科隆，在欧洲和亚洲设有多间分公司和代表机构，并拥有强有力的全球代理网络。为了加快在大中华地区的业务发展，2010年公司将在上海设立全资子公司，同时还将在其它中国主要口岸城市设立分支机构，深化我们的网络覆盖。现招聘以下人员：
Job Requirements：
-College graduate or above，related major will be preferred
-Minimum 2 years working experience in air freight forwarding field.Familiar with sea freight operations will be privilege
-Good command of English on oral and written is MUST
-Familiar with MS software and PC operation.
-Customer service oriented，team work spirit，willing to take responsibility，attention to details.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities：
-Answer general enquiries.
-Handle the shipping orders from the customers as per overseas routing information and forecast.
-Update the information of Carrier，Space Status and Routing information into the company‘s operations systems.
-Send forecast to contract carriers by lane basis，manage our space allocation with the carriers
-Contact vendors，airlines，trucker and warehouse for shipping arrangement.
-Ensure all the required clearance documents well prepared.
-Communicate promptly and professionally with customers，vendors，carriers，agents and overseas offices.
-Monitor the billing and collection process.
