-Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.

-Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-Able to manage, train and motivate the team.
-High level of self-confidence, enthusiasm and initiative.
-Ability to deal with different types of people.
-Effective use of psychology.
-Has pre-opening experience preferred.
