Job Description：Search，select，develop and qualify new suppliers to support new project development and implement scost saving project；serve internal＆external customers needs to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities：Planning1.According to the requirements of new projects，to find potential supplier and qualify them within timing.2.Strongly participate in evaluation and selection of suppliers and subcontracts and follow up all the quality improvements＆technical requests required to be undertaken by the vendor.3.Cost reduction initiatives.4.Continuous supplier involvement.Operations1.Maintain a working knowledge on purchasing2.Maintain ERP system accuracy/database for supplier.3.Good ability on data analysis，can do right judgment and handle routine work well.4.Good ability on negotiation and business term define.5.Respect and comply company‘s safety guideline，ensure work area is away safety risk.6.Keep all documentation managed properly and completely.7.Follow up with project leader on detail request about project progress，determine localization schedule base on project plan.8.Coordinate with QA department on fixing quality issue with local suppliers9.Coordinate with purchasing and planner on pull in material to support production.10.Coordinate with suppliers on cost saving and business development.11.Coordinate supplier visit activities.12.Support top management with professional advice in all matters and developments related to procurement，purchasing.13.Support activities related to cross-functional teams responsibilities，including but not limited to，direction and participation of purchasing personnel.
Customer Service Understand company’s objective，know team member and own role well.Can express own opinions frankly，can understand other‘s demand as well.Be willing provide help if needed.BudgetIdentify potential cost saving opportunities to reduce material cost.
Qualifications：Competencies/Attributes1.Strong communication and negotiation skills.2.Strong project management skills3.Self-disciplined，with good quality sense，work result is reliable.4.Detail oriented and systematic thinking5.Cost awareness and effectiveness6.Team playerEducational Background1.Bachelor Degree，Engineering backgroundSkills＆Experience1.Strong PC skills2.Fluent in both written and spoken English3.Minimum 3 years’working experience，able to work independently Desired：1.Preferable with ERP experience.2.Commodity expertise：Filtration media/components preferred，Plastic injection，Machining，Stamping，Packaging（Not all required.These are focused commodity areas）
