职位描述:

Responsibility:
1. Deliver quality services to customers and follow up any service inquiry or operation problem
2. Assist Sales team to carry out proper space control and assist Operation team to make proper loading arrangement
3. Maintain good relationship with customers, Principal, other branches and overseas agents
4. Coordinate with other teams to handle any customer complaint or incident
5. Ensure timely system update and information delivery between customer and company, between Principal and local team

Qualification:
1. University or college graduate preferred
2. Minimum 1 years of customer service experiences in shipping and forwarding industry
3. Sound shipping and computer knowledge
4. Good command of written and spoken English, preferable with CET 6 or above
5. Good communication, problem solving and relationship handling skills
6. Customer oriented, proactive, self motivated and able to thrive under high pressure
