本职位招聘三类别人才，具体为。
1.Machining：机加工艺Machining　of　metal　material　e.g.welding，drilling，milling…。金属材料的机加工艺：焊接，钻，磨，冼。。。。Tools　for　machining　of　metal　material加工刀具
2.Fixture　construction　夹具Experience　with　development　and　design　jigs　and　tools（fixture　construction）for　metal　material
3.Mechanical　engineering机械工程Experience　with　construction，drawings　in　mechanical　engineering

Qulification：
-Mechanical　background　with　at　least　5　years　working　experience
-Well　understand　with　mechanical　drawings
-Good　communication　and　negotiation　skill，strong　and　tough　in　negotiation.
-Organizational　and　coordinate　abilities.
-Good　English　Skill
