Basic English reading and writing主要职责 Responsible for Cost，Delivery Quality and customer/division satisfaction Determine the scope of supply of his responsible supplier and also price coordinate with SQC for OTP and Quality improvement as main responsible person initiate and finalize annual agreement and coordinate CM in global base. Create sourcing list and price list out of SAP，update in time Inquiry，evaluate and choose supplier acc. To best price and required quality. Develop new vendors on a continuously base Some TQRDC data collect Update supply list and price list in time. Responsible for certain vendor performance. Determine the back charge value with QM Maintain the SAP material master data（PDT）。Support division for new inquiry. Coordinate with other responsible buyer in order to improve supply chain management.
Qualification：
_Bechalor degree or above，Mechanical Engineering background 本科以上学历，机械类专业_1~5years of progressive experience in purchasing of mechnical industry 1~5年机械行业采购经验_Spoken and written Engilish language as well as both major Chinese language. 熟练的英语说写能力
_PC competence is a must. 办公软件操作熟练
