职位名称：中国区采购部经理（China Procurement Department）呈报对象：全球采购总监（英国人）、中国区总经理（global procurement director，China gm）工作地点：杭州总部采购产品：化学品工作语言：英语 Job description：1.Manage commodity contracts，negotiate prices，terms and conditions 2.Supplier management3.Manage raw material supply，capacity and liability4.Define team member’s KPI and provide periodic performance review of the team.5.Keeps good communication with other division particularly Production，project，maintenance，QC，R＆D
Job requirement：1.A strong persuasive personality and personal presence.2.Commercial drive and bias，preferably in purchasing but chemical sales would also be suitable.3.A background（5 years）in the chemical industry.4.A good command of English both verbal and written.5.Honest and trustworthy.6.we would prefer age group 35＋。7.Education background：college degree or above8.salary scale：25，000RMB----40，000RMB，the top class talent we can go above our budget.
