Job Responsibility：
Manage and coordinate suppliers to meet company‘s goals in regards to quality，delivery and cost to achieve company procurement programs and ensure that the plant has sufficient，timely，quality and best value for money materials＆services（direct，MRO，indirect）according to the manufacturing/production plan.
1.Sourcing（including cost，localization，inventory control，delivery control，etc）
Strategy-To develop appropriate purchasing strategy in line with ZZ’s needs and Corporate‘s directives.
2.Supplier Outreach-To study prints/specs thoroughly so as to ensure suitable suppliers are identified and then requested to quote for ZZ’s requirements.
3.Request for Quotation（RFQ）-To prepare RFQ studiously so that invited suppliers can quote without any problem.
4.Negotiation/Evaluation-To get the best deal for ZZ in terms of price，quality，technology and services from potential suppliers
5.Requirements of supplier（Quality/First Article Inspection for direct）-To implement required tasks（Quality and FAI）to qualify/develop awarded supplier.
6.Award-To place Purchase Order to qualified supplier，timely coordinate and support related order issues when necessary
7.Overall supplier management
8.Prepare monthly reports（OTD，MRP health status，budget control，etc）
9.Inventory Control-To assist and ensure that inventory at plant is minimized
10.Work out and manage related annual budget
11.Team performance management and development
Requirements：
1.Bachelor degree or above，major in mechanical or related subject，MBA preferred
2.At least 10 years sourcing/procurement management experience in MNC or joint venture in heavy machinery，including strategic sourcing，purchasing，and people management experience，with a minimum 5-year as Purchasing Manager
3.Fully understand related market situation and trends
4.Solid negotiation skill，procurement planning and management skill
5.Good communication and presentation skills
6.Strong leadership and people influence
7.Proficient in MRP（oracle/SAP）
8.Fluent Chinese and English both in writing and speaking
9.Highly proactive，responsible，integrity
