Overview：
1.Develop and manage a global supply chain，and sourcing initiatives for commodities of low to medium complexity commodities in accordance with the business strategic requirements set forth by Worldwide and Asia Pacific purchasing.
2.Responsible for all tactical aspects of supply chain procurement including material cost reduction，component localization，supplier negotiations，strategic procurement，quality and delivery improvements，VA/VE，new product launch and project management.
Responsibilities：
1.Develop and implement sourcing strategies
2.Identify＆develop a strategic regional supply base
3.Material cost reduction＆localization rate
4.Supply chain optimization
5.Supplier delivery＆quality improvements
6.Supplier QS certification and compliance
7.New product launch
8.Implementation of POC＆MPV initiatives
Experience：
1.Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering
2.3-5 years experience in commodity purchasing
3.Sound understanding of basic purchasing principles
4.Commercial or automotive background.Multinational experience.
5.Willingness to travel/relocate globally 6.Chinese mandatory with strong English communication skillsHaving aftermarketing and commercial products background is prefered.
