Responsibilities职责
1.Make sure that we have agreements with suppliers.确保采购前和供应商签署协议
2.Responsible for supplier network assigned to different material categories.负责根据不同的材料类别构建供应商网络。
3.Responsible to develop suppliers on their core competence together with Quality functions within ROL.负责按照ROL的质量要求，开发具有核心竞争力的供应商。
4.Work together with Quality department to follow up supplier performance 同质量部门合作跟踪评估供应商表现
5.Responsible for continuous supplier improvements.负责供应商的持续改进
6.Responsible to work according to ROL’s business idea，policy，targets and Quality systems.工作中遵守ROL的商务策略，政策，目标和质量体系
7.Responsible to work according to routines and instructions.遵守规章制度和指导说明
Main work duties主要工作To develop cooperation’s with suppliers and work on improvement programs.增强与供应商合作，不断改善。Continuously follow up with existing suppliers.持续跟进现有供应商。Work with benchmarking in order to choose new suppliers.按照制定的基准选择新的供应商。Work with cost reduction projects internal as well as external.项目运行中内部外部都要注意节约成本。

1.wooden，metal products and material purchase expreience 有木制品和金属制品及材料采购经验
2.Good English speaking and Communication良好的英语口语及沟通能力
