列头职位：采购经理/Regional Procurement Manager（世界知名FMCG跨国公司）
Responsibility：To support NPD/EPD development in suppliers/co-packers selection and contract negotiations.This requires the purchasing team to work closely with other functional groups，e.g.Project Managers Technical/R＆D，Quality，etc；To ensure the continuity of supply of purchased finished goods：The co-packers have sufficient capacities for company，the components suppliers have sufficient capacities to support our co-packers；To consistently deliver accurate purchase cost information for budgeting，benchmarking and reporting；To work on the cost saving and improvement projects；To do the lead buying for the region for materials as assigned by the Regional Procurement Director or Global Procurement；Co-packers＆Suppliers development to ensure they are aligned to support quality，cost and service；To work in conjunction with Quality Assurance，maintain quality standards for all purchased finished products；To develop＆implement contingency plan for critical materials/components/suppliers/co-packers；Establishing＆managing the purchasing agreements/contracts/PO；To manage and coach the Planner who will be the key interface with the co-packer and all markets planners on：DemandCSupply planning＆changes，Production scheduling，Shipping management，Production capacity and ramp up schedule for critical items，Inventory control，Cost control ie to avoid airfreight etc；Suppliers，co-packers and materials database management；Feedstock trend management of key materials＆components；Injection mold tracking and management；Daily Production planning；People development for the direct report（s）；To ensure that all Purchasing activities within the Company are in compliance with all appropriate ethical and legal standards.Set up Procurement System and Control.
Requirements：At least 5 years of progressive purchasing and sourcing management experience，preferably in a fast moving product manufacturing environment；Thorough understanding of supply chain management and all phases of the sourcing function，as well as current trends in procurement，including e-procurement；Well-developed analytical abilities，materials knowledge and excellent negotiating skills；Excellent leadership，management，teamwork，organizational and communications skills，and must have the ability to develop relationships in a collaborative manner internally and externally；Be a high-energy and results oriented individual that has the presence to positively influence the business；Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Purchasing，Materials Management，Engineering，Science or Business，with MBA degree is an added advantage；Must be fluent in English，Chinese and any other language is an added advantage；Good working knowledge of electrical/electronic，injection，packaging，inventory management and logistics；Good project management skill；Thoroughly understand price/volume relationships and their effect on material costs and working capital；Good working knowledge on PC software and computerized purchasing system（with knowledge on JDE system is an added advantage）；Ability to understand the supply market dynamics for key materials/commodities/components；Ability to make decisions with the least direction.
