职位描述:
1. Lead the warehouse team to support factory operation;
2. Manager the whole routine of warehouse operation;
3. Ensure the stock accuracy;
4. Ensure data consistency between physical inventory stock and the ones in the system;
5. Motivate the team member and set up personal development schedule.
1. To set up the standard procedures according to difference functions in warehouse operation;
2. To control the raw material, finish goods as well as bonded warehouse;
3. To lead the warehouse routine operation including receiving, stocking and delivery;
4. To ensure the timely and accurate data entry in system;
5. To build up a smooth goods flow to match up the production process;
6. To do cycle-count process in order to ensure stock accuracy;
7. To lead the annual stock-taking to meet the accounting/auditing requirement;
8. To set up targets for each function and each staff;
9. To do performance assessment for all team members and set up the department development schedule.
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least five years working experience and 3 yeas supervisory position, and AS400 and ERP knowledge and MRPII concept and have ISO 9001/14001/18000 experience will be better;
3. Be familiar with MS office software, SAP, MRP system;
4. Good communication skill and team work spirit;
5. Effective leadership skills with strong organizational abilities;
6. Fluent at English.
