职位描述:

Responsibilities:
Sourcing Development: Develop long-term relationships with partners and correspond directly with current and potential customers. Review proposed projects for errors, omissions and suitability prior to sourcing quotation with Manager. Assist with the selection and qualifying of new sources. Assist with the selection of facilities chosen to submit project for bid. This will require 30 percent international travel.

Quality Control:
Responsible for QC process including first article for approval and continual facility inspections up to and including product being loaded for shipments. Inspect finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies for conformance to standards. Checks randomly selected samples to verify accuracy of equipment and process. Reports conditions requiring immediate repair, keeps records of inspection results. May obtain samples for review.
Project Management: Schedules and coordinates flow of work between organizational units and departments. Reviews schedule and work orders, establishes priorities, and revises schedule according to project and work order specifications.

Purchasing:
Purchase materials or services and coordinated activities involved with procuring items. Expedite orders and requests as needed.
Quoting/Costing: Prepare and disburse order and quotation documentation. Assist with pricing process. Assist with freight cost and estimated containers required.
Engineering: Responsible for reviewing drawing submittala and approval under the direction given by the Director of Corporate Purchasing. Proficient in reading AutoCad documents. Other engineering software product knowledge a plus such as ProE and Solid Works. Must be knowledgeable about wood, metal, plastics, electrical, and lighting products as they would relate to fixtures and commercial interiors.

Requirements:
University degree. Above 5 years relevant work experience. Knowledge of the English, Mandarin and Cantenese languages necessary. AutoCad is a must. Knowledge of import/export laws and regulations are a plus. Must posses the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Must have effective time management skills. Must have strong customer orientation. Proficiencies with Microsoft Office, Access, and PowerPoint a plus. Must currently have or be able to obtain a passport and any Visa's as required to travel in the Asia/Pacific Rim regions. Overseas and domestic travel required.
