Responsibilities:1.Supervise factory personnel during shift to maximise productivity.2.Supervise and control the regional operational function,ensuring a healthy and safe working environment and cost effective operational activities.3.Supervise all product movements ensuring proper documentation is completed and accurate stock counts are performed to ensure accuracy and accountability of company assets.4.Communicate as required accurate information in relation to Operational matters5.Provide and maintain appropriate levels of Customer Service to all Customers,both external and internal.6.Structure,build and control Supplier relationships within the region to maximize Business satisfaction and profitability.7.Ensure that product quality standards are aligned to Customer and Loscam Limited own quality procedures.8.Manage product stocks to ensure Customer requirements for supply of product are fulfilled.9.Supervise employees with a hands on approach encouraging a team environment.Communicate ideas and train Direct Reports in a way that produces understanding and impact.10.Assist in the establishment and ensure continued compliancy of Loscam Limited Environmental,Health and Safety requirements at Loscam operating sites within the region,ensuring that all employees,contractors and visitors adhere to safe work practices and procedures.11.Keep downtime to a minimum and ensure that all plant and equipment on site is operational and safe to use.
Requirements:
1.University degree.
2.5+years work experience in logistics operation.
3.Good command of Oral&Written English.
