Responsibility-Responsible　for　M　TEF　Department　management. ；-The　quotation　and　introduction　of　new　product　processes　into　the　plant. -The　quotation　and　introduction　of　modified　product　processes　into　the　plant. -Continuous　improvement　ideas　and　implementation. -Project　management　including　time　lines　and　budgeting. -Liaison　and　supervision　of　key　subcontractors. -Writing　equipment　specifications　and　acquisition　of　equipment. -Develop　plant　layout　using　BPS　principles. -Error　proofing　using　PFMEA　technology　and　principles. -Review　of　new　and　modified　product　design　for　manufacturability　and　cost　reduction. -Train　others　in　the　correct　use　of　product　processes　introduced. Requirement-Good　overall　knowledge　of　manufacturing　process　primarily　CNC　machining　and　including　plating，tooling　and　assembly-Good　problem　solving　ability. -Thorough　knowledge　of　Machining　manufacturing　processes-Fluent　communicator　in　English-Experienced　in　the　supervision　of　staff　and　conscious　of　cultural　differences-Familiar　with　Quality　System　TS16949-Above　8　years　experience　in　Machining　industry，automotive　preferred-Above　3　years　experience　as　a　Department　Manager　or　Supervisor
