Responsibility-Effective　development　of　all　foundry　processes　including　moulding　sand，　machine　moulding，　core　making，　liquid　metal　treatment，　pouring　and　casting　finishing. -Development　and　introduction　of　new　products　including　product　costing，　pattern　design，　and　tooling　maintenance-Casting　defect　analysis　and　implementation　of　effective　solutions-Equipment　selection　Requirement-Thorough　knowledge　of　foundry　manufacturing　processes-Thorough　knowledge　of　pattern　and　core　box　design　-Experienced　in　the　manufacture　of　high　integrity　automotive　castings-Understanding　of　the　interplay　of　foundry　variables　on　casting　outcome　-Excellent　problem　solving　ability. -Fluent　communicator　in　English　and　an　understanding　of　Mandarin　（preferred）。-Experienced　in　the　supervision　of　staff　and　conscious　of　cultural　differences　-Familiar　with　Quality　System　TS16949-Above　8　years　experience　in　Foundry　industry，　automotive　preferred-Above　3　years　experience　as　a　Department　Manager　or　Supervisor
