极速骑板贸易（上海）有限公司东莞分公司（Senior Merchandiser）

Position Description：
Supervises the team and coordinates with the other departments together for achieve Divisional goal.Represent the company to communicate with customers and deal with the suppliers on all merchandising and production process in order to achieve 90%on time delivery.Reporting to AMM/MM/DMM/GM.

Key Responsibilities：
-Support to AMM/MM for managing on factory capacity and allocation，do price and
lead time negotiation between customers and suppliers on realistic targets.
-In-charge of development and production processes in efficiency way and achieve the targets.
-Follow up on data and management reports.
-WIP tracking and do factory visit for make sure the data is accurate.
-Production samples management like pp，size set and TOP control.
-Deal with customers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate answers are provided for all
requests.
-Coordinate and liaise with all suppliers/sources and make sure to enable delivery of a quality
product/sample，on time at the previously agreement.
-Give supervision to the team，execute and follow up on the Divisional year plan.
-Coordinate and liaise with the branch merchandising offices in offshore and cooperate with the
other supporting departments like Quality Service，Logistic and Account etc to ensure all
issues are to be addressed and secure on our performances/deliveries.
-Other duties as required from time to time to make sure the overall effectiveness and customer
service focus of the organization.

Skills/Requirements：
-Post secondary with 4-5 years of experiences or university degree with 3-4 years experience，
major in textile and clothing preferable.
-Understanding of manufacturing process and familiar in both development and production.
-Customer focused and good leadership skills.
-Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese，and basic in Mandarin.
-Basic computer skills and familiar in system management is preferable.
