Key Responsibilities:
Supporting to HK Team for manage the production with our vendors based in Southern China and off-shore countries.
Co-operating with HK Team and factories together for arrange bulk forecasting, booking on bulk fabrics and trims plus sewing capacity.
Follow up on all production processes in efficiency way and achieve the targets.
Manage the POs and arrange management reports for weekly production review.
Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate answers are provided for all requests.
Execution and follow up on WIP progress; Make sure the info on our WIP is all updated and accurate.
Feedback to Supervisor or Management for any problem occurs and potential issues.
Coordinate and liaise with the branch merchandising offices in offshore if required and deal with the other supporting departments like Quality Service, Logistic and Account etc to ensure all issues are to be addressed and secure on our performances/deliveries.
Other duties as required from time to time to make sure the overall effectiveness and customer service focus of the organization.

Skills/ Requirements:

Post secondary with 4-6 years of experiences or university degree with 2-4 years experience, major in textile and clothing is preferable.
Experience on both development and production and understanding of manufacturing process is preferable.
Customer focused and reliable.
Good interpersonal and willing to learn.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and basic in Mandarin.
Basic computer skills and familiar in system management is preferable.
