职位描述:
Responsibilities：
Lead the merchandising team（Kitchenware and tableware team）in Guangzhou office to provide excellent services and solutions for customers towards the business goals and objectives as well as key performance indicators
Manage the development of product to deliver the best offer to Bergner in terms of product，price＆quality in line with the buying objective.Understand the production process，costs＆raw material impacts on products and ranges.
Ensure the engage merchandising team in development cycle of the product range.
Evaluate risks of placing production in a specific factory/region＆develop contingency plans for transfer of production Supplier base development＆management.
Evaluate the introduction of a new supplier，ensuring correct documentation and process is completed prior to approval or order placement.
Keep abreast of new technology and concept to strive for improvement on productivity and efficiency.
General regular reports for management review and provide possible solutions for identified issues.
Requirements：
Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma
At least 10 years solid experience in sourcing/purchasing cookware，Tableware.
Experience in EEC market environment is preferable；
Good command of oral and written English and Chinese，
Excellent negotiations and communication with vendors and internal departments；
Excellent leadership skill，proactive with team spirit.
Self driven，independent and able to work under dynamic working environment；
Travel in China is required；
Immediate available is an advantage.
