Requirements:Bachelor degree or above,PC and Logistics background in international manufacturing environment is expected;For 3~4 years relevant management experiences,around 30-40 years old;Be good at material related matters and supply chain cost reduction expereince is prefferred Good command of spoken and written English,Chinese;Good communication skills and management capacity;Good team spirit with high responsibility.

Job Descriptions:Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations,including production and material planning,purchasing,logistics and inventory of materials,Develops and implements strategies to effectively manage the different aspects of the supply chain which includes sourcing,procurement,transport,warehousing and distribution while assuring supply,quality,services,and cost effectiveness for raw material and finished goods for China and the rest of Asia Pacific Interacts with sales personnel to ensure that all requirements are being met Provides overall supply chain planning,management and coordination of the procurement activities Develop and manage Materials Planning function for goods and materials needed by customers and production area,used for ordering and inventory management purposes.Assures timely distribution of materials or requested products to support the achievement of the production plan Controls products‘import,cost and pricing of transportation,warehouse and inventory management Measure actual performance against forecasts and goals on regular basis and present results to operations management Works closely with the existing service providers,in order to manage,plan and optimize logistics,product transportation,cost and pricing of transportation,warehouse and inventory management Ensures that the Finance Department-sales report,stock report,invoicing,quotation,purchase order,account payable and account receivable-are made aware of all adjustments to agreed contracts between clients and the organization Establish team objectives aligned with business&functional goals.Carry out regular review/assessments to ensure objectives are achieved.Create&implement improvement plans on cost control including consumable expenditure to achieve the agreed cost target
