Key Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent quality of customer service and internal sales support in enquiry,customer order,supplier order,and customer complaint so as to achieve customer satisfaction-Responsible for continuous improvement in business achievement by fulfilling the business plan as required-Responsible for providing relevant input to management level for further business judgement-Responsible for maintaining effective and efficient communications with sales channels-Responsible for targeted business development by region,product line,segment and customer pool,etc-Responsible for reasonable and accurate sales forecast and potential risks monitor-Responsible for market analysis and reports about the specific markets,segments,competitors,customer development,etc-Responsible for acquiring and maintaining reasonable orderbook sufficient for channels loading as needed-Responsible for customer contacts and relevant schedule arrangement,etc-Responsible for developing and updating Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system for the tracebility and sustainability Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with major in business or mechanical etc.-At least 3 years customer service experience-Pleasant personality with experience in handling customer relations-Able to work into details-Customer service minded-Energetic,open-minded and able to motivate and work in teams-Good communication,planning,coordination,interpersonal and problem solving skills-Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office-Good command of both written and spoken English
