Bachelor Degree8 years experiences in Purchasing and at least 3 years in a managerial roleBe familiar with Metal, Plastics and related material in Mechanical.
Fluent oral and written EnglishCustomer focusLogical thinking and problem solving skills Comply with Trico and Tomkins polices.
Responsible for the layout of purchasing business, the establishing and executing of the flow.
Responsible for purchasing of direct and indirect materials and supplies related to the production process.
Responsible in identifying parts that can be sourced locally and work closely with global sourcing team in China.
Responsible for the general annual target of the purchase function. To implement and improve internal procedures in line with Trico related policy/system and to enhance the capability and efficiency of the purchase function to support business growth.
Ensures that pricing structure of products and services offered by suppliers are the best interest to Trico. Ensure proper documentation of supplier accreditation and/or qualification.
Ensures that purchases and dealings are transacted to valid and accredited suppliers. Ensures accurate and on time delivery of purchases of products and services requested.
Creates positive relationships with other departments.
Support sales team in new business development.
Develop and train subordinates; Any other tasks assigned by superior.
