JD：
1.Manage purchasing orders of raw materials to satisfy production plan and other corresponding requirements.
管理采购订单以满足生产需要和其他相应需求。
2.Optimize the inventory structure，reduce the out-of-stock and control the dead/slow-moving stock to a minimum level，aim to well support sales business.
优化库存结构，减少缺货，控制呆滞物料，以支持公司业务。
3.Develop procurement/inventory management reports.
制定采购和库存报告。
4.Place purchase orders and follow up PO confirmation and delivery confirmation.
下采购订单，跟进订单和交期的确认。
5.Follow up the material issue until it is solved.
跟踪物料问题并解决。
6.Monitor quality performance and follow-up supplier’s corrective action on quality claims by coordinating with relevant parties.
监控供应商品质问题，并与相关部门协调促使供应商对品质问题采取正确措施。
Requirement：
1.university/college degree with major in Engineering，Business，logistics or equivalent disciplines with 5＋years of material procurement experience and 3＋years management experience.
大学学历，工程，商务管理，物流或其他相关专业，5年以上采购经验。3年以上管理经验。
2.Mature，energetic，strategic thinking，selfmotivated，confident team leader and player with a“Can Do”attitude.
成熟，充满活力，主动，自信，积极的工作态度。
3.Understand supply chain management，familiar with ERP system，such as SAP，Oracle，basic quality concept.
理解供应链管理，熟悉ERP系统，例如SAP，Oracle，有一定品质知识。
4.Proficiency in written and oral English.
良好的英语读写和听说能力。
