职位描述:
Requirements：1.Bachelor degree.
2.Major in Mechanical Engineering，International Trade or Commercial.
3.Clear English communication ability both in Oral and Written.
4.Contract management or customer service working experience for 3 years at least.
5.Good knowledge of BOM structure，contract confirmation and management process，production lead time，domestic and overseas supply chain lead time.
6.Continuous improvement and team work mind set.
7.Willing to work overtime whenever necessary.
8.Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
Responsibilities：
1.Receive customer orders and perform orders‘review with each department，confirm the orders with customers within the required lead time.
2.Clearly and rapidly communicate the customers order’s requirements with each department for production preparation，material purchasing，quality control，packing and shipping conformity.
3.Collect the customer orders‘data，make the forecast to production planner and each department for capacity，material planning and other function’s purpose.Update the customer orders information into ERP system accurately.Make shipping and sales report by ERP and other necessary tools.
4.Communicate with production planner for orders daily tracking，ensure on time delivery，and confirm the shipment date change，technical，commercial and other issue with customers promptly.
5.Receive customers RFQ；make quotation with related staff in each department.Perform commercial negotiation with customers to meet company‘s pricing strategy.
6.Handle with customer’s complaint according to company‘s procedure and service standard.
7.Continuously make improvement of contract management process，conform to company’s short and long term development strategy.
8.Other works assigned by the supervisor.
9.Meet the KPI criteria in various perspectives set by direct superior.
10.Complete other jobs assigned by direct superior.
