Requirements：
1.University degree，Bachelor
2.Fluent in spoken and written English
3.Good technical and/or commercial background
4.Related studies like mechanical engineer，business admin，economic
5.Experience in Casting，Forging and machining in Pump or Valve industry
6.Logistics or purchasing experience or high skill graduates
Job Responsibilities：
1.Developing new and actual suppliers in casting，forging，machining for WVCS and WVC US and French（includes traveling all over China）
2.Coordinate quotation；RFQ process for forward model，current model production material
3.Ensure new project flawless；timely launch by identifying right source for WVCS，WVC US and French
4.Contact-window to Chinese suppliers，international suppliers and Division purchasing team
5.Working in interdisciplinary Teams，e.g.purchasing，Manufacturing，Quality Departments and Supplier
6.Negotiation/setting up of contracts（price，quantity，terms of delivery，terms of payment，etc.）for new suppliers or new parts
7.Quarterly negotiation for cost reduction
8.Evaluate supplier performance
9.Purchasing Planning（Strategy，Quantity，Pricing）
10.Tooling cost tracking and scheduling
