Customer order fulfillment specialist 客户订单管理专员
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Monitor: According to procurement
process to monitor Inventory to fulfill customer's requirements.
- Order Management: According to procurement
process to handle Order Management . Ensure all procurement orders are
fulfilled on-time .
- Supplier Management: Monitoring buyout
suppliers delivery performance (Supplier Service Level), lead-time, and to
ensure continuous improvement. Inform
and implement Bosch supply chain requirements towards suppliers management and
escalation process.
- Customer Service: Ensure fulfillment of
customer requirements on service level, lead-time, flexibility, and other
specific topics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor and above degree in business administration
(prefer Logistics, supply chain management major)
- 3-5 year’s practical working experiences in
procurement, production planning order management area
- Good communication skills in Chinese and
English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Team oriented (information sharing, experience
exchange, help with troubleshooting)
- Initiative and willing to learn, willing to
take responsibility
- Proactive attitude on problem solving;
result-orientated, customer-orientated
- Able to work under pressure; and analytical
and well-structured
- MS-Office (excel, word), and presentation
skills (MS Power Point)
