安美特（中国）化学有限公司（Asst Warehouse Manager）

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategy, business and action plan for a cost-effective warehouse operation
2. Set up, maintain and optimize the management process of warehouse day to day operations
3. Plan suitable warehouse layout to make fully use of the storage space
4. Ensure the proper handling of the material. This includes material receiving process flow, material entering warehouse process flow, production material dispatch process flow and process flow for packing and delivery
5. Increase the efficiency of warehouse operations, including reduce costs, improve productivity and quality, improve work spirit
6. Audit the records system, accounts and statistics forms to ensure all the receiving and supplying of the materials are all recorded in the proper way, and all the warrants are kept completely
7. Monitor and track productivity performance, quality, safety and compliance metric reporting
8. Define team members' duties, recruit and train employees and evaluate their performance;

Requirements:
-University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
-Minimum 8 years of full time warehouse management experience, 3-5 years experience as manager or in similar position
-Good Leadership Skill (schedule, hire, orient, train, develop, lead)
-Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP is a plus) and MS office
-Excellent analysis skill, good team work spirit, good execution and implementation
-Good command of English
