Purchaser
Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for purchasing Spare parts and Equipment；
2.Opened PR/PO，PO Error log/ZCOMP；
3.Payment application in accordance with the company purchasing guidelines and other applicable rules；
4.Suppliers‘audit and evaluation，annual contract maintenance.
5.Negotiate effectively with vendors for the best value.
6.Meet established purchasing KPI targets.
7.Accurate handling of purchasing documents and status tracking orders.
Requirement：
-University graduated or above.Majored in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technologies or related.
-At least 3 years purchasing experience.
-With proven experience in purchasing of mechanical and electrical materials and components in the Chinese market.
-Strong in critical thinking and numerical analysis.
-With vendor management skills and negotiation techniques in China context.
-Practical experience in SAP or other large scale ERP software is perfectible.
