Support　the　team　to　work　together　and　achieve　the　best　performance，daily　work　involves　task　assignment，keep　an　eye　on　the　team‘s　performance，manages　the　training　and　technical　competence　development，regularly　report/dashboard　for　status　update，assure/optimize　the　software　development　process　together　with　SQE　and　department　manager.



Requirements

Very　good　communication　skills，orally，writing，giving　presentation
Ability　to　build　the　team　competence，with　a　clear　vision
At　least　2　years　in　people　management
Willingness　to　take　responsibilities
Good　at　Microsoft　Project，Powerpoint，Excel
Experienced　in　SCM　methodoloy　and　tools（ClearCase，GIT，Perforce，etc）
Experienced　in　Android　application　development
Experienced　in　Mobile　Phone　Architecture　and　Silicon　platforms（like　Qualcomm）
