Supervise the Mobile Phone Software Platform engineering department，daily work involves hiring，retention，promotion，or dismissal of software engineers，monitor the software development quality/process，coordination with other departments（multi site），buidling core competence with a clear technical vision.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in engineering management
At least 8 years experience in mobile industry or embedded systems
Profound knowledge in RTOS，ARM，Mobile Phone architecture，etc
Excellent vision on mobile platform evolution
Excellent English（orally，writing，presentation）
Excellent skills in MS Office（Project，Visio，Excel，Powerpoint，etc）
Knolwedge in software development process（CMM，Agile development，etc）
