职位描述:
岗位职责：
1、负责和客户交流沟通，开发和维护新客户
2、开发公司产品的供应商渠道和加工厂；跟踪贸易信息，确保工厂交货日期；
3、协同生产总监控制卖方季度产量，并解决相应物流运输问题；
4、管理商业数据并确保交付日期如期进行；
5、提交业务专员日培训报表和培训计划，并协同GM进行客观的绩效评估，以及一系列计划的制定；
6、对新的产品供应商渠道进行调查研究并形成报告；
7、确保外贸团队的预算支出，控制成本。
Job responsibility：
1.Develops the garment source together with the GM.
2.Follows merchandise datas and establishes seasonal Sales Sample calendars with factories and ensures deadlines are met.
3.Works with Production Director to agree seasonal vendor capacities and resolve
delivery issues.
4.Manages Commercialization dates and ensures compliance to Buy-Ready deadlines.
5.Provides daily coaching and develops training programs for merchandising staff and
works with the Operation Director to create objective performance evaluations and
succession plans.
6.Investigates new garment sources and initiates vendor profiles.
7.Ensures Merchandising team compliance with agreed budgets.
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，纺织、服装，经济或其他相关专业；
2、2年以上纺织、服装或相关轻工业工作经验；3年以上生产、贸易、制造或产品开发管理经验；熟悉T-恤、帽子、休闲鞋及配饰的产品特点和外贸业务市场行情。
3、英语口语流利，普通话标准，有较好的办公软件运用能力；
4、有较好的与不同国家和文化背景的个人交流的经验和能力；拥有独立决策、解决问题和承受较强工作压力的能力；拥有较强的团队领导能力和技巧。Job reqirement：1.University degree or above，Textiles，apparel，business or other relevant majors2.At least 2 years experience in textiles，apparel or related soft goods industry；At least 3 years in Production，Merchandising，Manufacturing or Product Development management experience.Be familiar with merchandise of T-shirt，hat，shoe and relevant jewllery.3.Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.PC knowledge such as MS Excel and Word.4.Proven negotiating experience with individuals of different countries and cultures.
Good record of problem-solving，independent decision-making，setting and working to tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills.
