职位描述:
1.Documentation preparation for overall overseas degree program admission process for our client according to case delivered by TL;
2.Translate related paper material and application documents;advice for adjustment of related paper work;
3.Point out the paper work decoration idea,writing of PS,draft resolution of Essay and study proposal;
4.Collect latest admission information and share with teammate,summarize and solve any issues during application;
5.Usage of CRM system for client info management and tracking of admission progress and feedback to client in timely manner;
6.Related data and mtl analysis for continue improving of recruitment efficiency;
7.Maintain good relation with customers and remain as less complain as possible;
8.Provide excellent service to client and achieve the highest passing rate of admission.
Job Requirement
1.Proficiency in English writing,TEM8 or relevant level;
2.Excellent communication and interpretation skills;
3.1 years above related experience,University and above qualification;
4.Customer and service orentation,strong learning skills,flexible and responsible.
