Key Job Responsibilities: - To closely cooperate with headquarter's team on conduct export schedule. - To be responsible for export and warehouse process in timely and high accurate manner. - To coordinate and manage logistics service provider. - Maintain, develop and optimize export and warehouse process for export project to be professional, efficiency, quality, safely and cost-saving orientation through process optimizing, LSP control, good communication and coordination internally and externally etc. - Ensure legal and company rules compliance for logistics activities related to Customs & CIQ issue.
Qualification: Education:- Bachelor's degree. - Preferred major in logistics or international trade. Professional background:- Minimum of 3Years experience in logistics in multinational companies. - Family with Customs and IQ declaration procedure. - Family with international trade knowledge. - Has team management experience. Others: - Fluent in English (good at speaking and writing). - MS Office and SAP SD/MM module experience is preferred. Other Competency: - Good communication and problem solving skill. - Curious in learning, self-developed and self-disciplinary. - Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit.
