MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support HR manager and business partner to complete Jade plant organization designUse Lean and CI tools to do VSM, Job analysis, position description files, etc.
2. Implement Jade plant recruitment plan Do screen the applicants and interview transaction to recruit the new hire by on –boarding schedule. Implement the line operators' campus recruitment.
3. Implement Jade plant training plan Conduct the training program to develop the employees meet the requirement of the Jade plant operation startup.
4. Take responsibilty of employee relationship in present Hanghzou plantDo Employee communication, ER case handling, etc.
5. Take other jobs assigned by direct supervisor ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATIONEducation: University Degree in Human resource or industry areaExperience, Knowledge & Skill -4 years or above in plant HR experience -Mandarin and English speaking are essential-Interview skills -Good communication skillsCompetencies Analystic Problem solving TeamworkSelf-knowledge
