职位描述:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Full time work at Nokia Dongguan Factory For the Daily Operations.
1、Ensure the daily shipment schedule (Booking) from Nokia of (Order fulfillment) is correctly received.
2、Prepare and audit the Agility orders with packing list. PO invoice from the Nokia SAP System on timely manner.
3、Ensure the Agility respective Customer Service Executive received the accurate. Updated booking infirmation on the timely nanner.
4、Overtime sa when it required according to the business needed.
5、Prepare the trucking order form including the assignment to No. Of trucks to the Agility trucking control tower.
6、Follow up with the Agility Trucking Control Tower with the Driver & Truck information.
7、Ensure the Agility billing invoices to Nokia are accurate and timely nanner.
8、Ensure timely communicate with Agility Customer Service team for the change of the booking information.
OTHER RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENT:
1、Knowledge of Nokia Dongguan Factory operations process.
2、Knowledge of using SAP system.
3、Knowledge of the trucking service and customs process. Experienced of the operation process.
4、High discipline. Self starter and responsible.
