职位描述:
The Role"
1.Take care local customers whatever for collect or prepaid business;
2.Maintain business relationships with local key customers,carriers and agents;
3.Support management to set up Chengdu branch;
4.Take lead and establish fields sales team in local market.
Accountabilities:
-Communication with target customs regularly for business hunting;
-Provide international transport solutions to key cusotemrs;
-Keep customer satisfactions;
-Reduce A/R and payment collections timely.
-Manage sales team
-Supporting operation team for performance improvement to meet customer demands.
-Generate revenue and GP;
-Improve Agility brand for international and domestic transport business.
-Meet sales budget
Competencies:
1.Strong marketing analysis and sensitive to define target customers;
2.Guide sales team for local business developing;
3.Lead international sales team for business hunting,ensure revenue and proft meet company target;
4.Keep smooth communications with customers,opeation team and management;
5.Bear the burden of hard works with Team work.
6.Holding experience with 5 years above in logistics industry;
7.Having experience with at least 3 years of marketing&sales
8.Skilfull in computer operations is plus
9.Team working with best communication both internal and external
10.Honest,mature&able to work independently
11.Chinese/English is excellent.
12.Colleague and above in logistics industry,MBA is preferred.
